It hit 39.9°c and he threw up after having Bifen coz of the phlegm. We are on the fence about bringing him to hospital at this point because we have all the medications necessary and wonder if there's anything new besides the fever. Dr Allyson said to bring him if he's breathless, not necessarily only in the case of fever. But the high fever worries us, and it's already a week since the cold/flu symptoms. Also, we've completed the antibiotics. Shouldn't there be some recovery instead of a fever recurrence?
