Mum brought her out on Wednesday and they walked passed 2 elderly gentlemen who were conversing loudly with each other.

AN turned to mum and commented: "是这样的。老人家讲话会比交大声. (It's common that old people speak louder)", and then she continued as if empathizing with mum: "象你. (like you do.)"

I have a very understanding girl.

Part 2

I was hugging her before she left for school a while ago and then she said: "I love you mummy. Come, let's go home."
